Cardinal Propane provides propane delivery services to residential and commercial customers. Our services include:

  • Propane tank refilling and delivery
  • Tank installation and maintenance services
  • Emergency propane delivery (subject to availability)
  • Account management through our online platform

3. Ordering and Delivery

3.1 Order Placement
  • Orders must be placed through our website with accurate and complete information
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason
  • You must provide accurate tank size, current fill level, and delivery address
3.2 Delivery Terms
  • Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed
  • We will make reasonable efforts to deliver within the scheduled timeframe
  • Customers must ensure tank accessibility during delivery window
  • If tanks are inaccessible, additional delivery charges may apply
  • Delivery drivers have the right to refuse delivery if safety concerns exist
3.3 Tank Accessibility
  • Customers must ensure clear access to propane tanks
  • Remove obstacles including snow, ice, debris, or locked gates
  • Provide accurate delivery instructions and gate codes
  • Failure to provide access may result in rescheduling fees

4. Pricing and Payment

4.1 Pricing
  • All prices are subject to change without notice
  • The price per gallon will be confirmed at the time of order
  • Additional fees may apply for after-hours or emergency deliveries
  • Taxes and applicable fees will be added to your total
4.2 Payment Methods
  • Credit Card: A processing fee of up to 3% or a flat fee will be added to credit card transactions
  • Check: Payment by check must be made payable to Cardinal Propane with order number in memo
  • Payment is due at the time of delivery unless alternative arrangements are made
  • Returned checks will incur a $35 fee plus any bank charges
4.3 Credit Card Processing Fees

By selecting credit card as your payment method, you acknowledge and accept that:

  • A processing fee will be added to your total order amount
  • This fee covers the cost of payment processing services
  • The fee is non-refundable once the transaction is processed
  • You are responsible for the total amount including all fees

5. Cancellations and Refunds

5.1 Order Cancellation
  • Orders may be cancelled up to 24 hours before scheduled delivery
  • Cancellations within 24 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee
  • Once delivery has begun, orders cannot be cancelled

5.2 Refunds
  • Refunds are only provided in cases of service failure or billing errors
  • Credit card processing fees are non-refundable
  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Maintain propane tanks in safe, accessible condition
  • Notify us of any tank damage or safety concerns
  • Follow all propane safety guidelines and regulations
  • Ensure pets are secured during delivery
  • Keep children away from delivery area
6.2 Limitation of Liability

Cardinal Propane and its employees shall not be liable for:

  • Damages resulting from customer equipment malfunction
  • Delays caused by weather, traffic, or circumstances beyond our control
  • Indirect, consequential, or incidental damages
  • Damages resulting from customer's failure to maintain equipment
6.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Cardinal Propane harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of propane or related equipment after delivery is complete.

7. Account Registration

  • You may create an account to manage orders and view history
  • You are responsible for maintaining account security
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account access
  • You are responsible for all activities under your account
  • We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms

8. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Cardinal Propane and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You may not:

  • Copy, modify, or distribute website content without permission
  • Use our trademarks or branding without written consent
  • Create derivative works from our website materials
